A normal session will take 45 minutes to 1 hour. You will be asked to fill in some paperwork and to make yourself comfortable. This may be in a standing, sitting or lying position – whichever best helps alleviate the symptoms that you have. As the Practitioner I will find and release the Flinchlocked bones. This is done by equalising the pressure in the bone and then applying a formula. There is no force or manipulation involved. You stay within your comfort at all times.

After a session it is not unusual to feel lighter and to experience tingling or stretching sensations in different areas of the body for a few days. ​Sometimes there can be a temporary increase in discomfort which lasts for a short period. All of this varies from person to person. For some people there is an immediate relief of all symptoms and 1 visit is all that is required! However most commonly, depending on what I am helping you with I would possibly see you 2 – 5 times spaced over weeks or months. The great thing about ConTact C.A.R.E is that if you cannot make it back as soon as you would like nothing will go backwards so that sessions can be spaced to suit your needs.
